EMS-11.1 Corruption needs command approval.
A storyline in which your medic is bent can be good roleplay. Running it without the Chief knowing is not allowed. The Bible sets this rule for emergency services (§5.2), and this department applies it to medics.
EMS-11.2 Staff tools stay out of your shift.
If you are also city staff, you never use admin tools in your own roleplay and never handle a report you are part of (§8.10).
EMS-11.3 Complaints go in a ticket.
A complaint about a medic, or by a medic, goes in a Discord ticket (§1.12) with video (§8.2). It is not argued at the scene.
Inside the department the steps are: a word from a senior, a written warning, suspension from duty, then removal from the department. Command can skip steps for serious breaches. Breaking The Bible is handled by city staff on the city’s own ladder (§10), and can cost you more than your place in the department.
