EMS-7.1 Ask, do not decide.
/do asks a question or states a fact about the scene. It never decides the other player’s outcome for them (§3.7, §7.3).
EMS-7.2 Revived is not reset.
A patient revived at the scene remembers what happened to them and is still injured. A character who respawns at the hospital is different: the New Life Rule applies, they remember nothing of how they went down, and they stay away from that scene for 15 minutes (§3.5). Know which one you are dealing with before you speak to them.
EMS-7.3 Medics never end a character.
A permanent death needs both players and a staff member to agree beforehand (§7.5). If nobody has told you that agreement exists, the patient can be saved.
