LEO-14.1 Corruption needs command approval.
A dirty-cop storyline is allowed and can be very good roleplay. Running one without the command team knowing is not allowed (§5.2).
LEO-14.2 Plain clothes need a supervisor.
Undercover and plain-clothes work is approved by a Sergeant or above before it starts, and logged in the MDT.
LEO-14.3 Staff tools stay out of your shift.
If you are also city staff, you never use admin tools in your own roleplay and never handle a report you are part of (§8.10).
LEO-14.4 Complaints go in a ticket.
A complaint about an officer goes in a Discord ticket (§1.12) with video (§8.2). Whether an arrest was lawful is argued in character, through the Department of Justice.
Inside the department the steps are: a word from a supervisor, a written warning, suspension from duty, then removal from the department. Command can skip steps for serious breaches. Breaking The Bible is handled by city staff on the city’s own ladder (§10), and can cost you more than your badge.
