To be hired
Highrise PD is a whitelisted department (The Bible §5.1). You cannot clock on until you have been accepted and trained.

| Age | 18 or over. No exceptions, for members or staff (§1.7). |
| Discord | You must be in the Highrise City RP Discord and stay in it while you play. Your Discord account carries your department role (§2.4). |
| Microphone | A working microphone is required (§2.3). |
| Game account | A legitimate Cfx.re account (§2.2) and a legitimate copy of GTA V. |
| Application | The city application form, emergency services track: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/1kcMUgtdDe. Name the department and the division you want, and any earlier roleplay experience in the role. |
| Interview | Emergency services recruit privately (§8.9): the form, then a private interview. |
| Training | One training session before your first shift. Radio discipline is assessed during training, not before. |
| Recording | Keep a replay buffer running (§8.3). A report without video is closed (§8.2). That applies to reports you make and to complaints made about you. |

Department certifications
Certifications are signed off inside the department. They decide what you may do alone.

Ranks and pay
Pay arrives every 10 minutes while you are on duty. Off duty there is no paycheck.

The FIB has its own five grades, from probationary agent to Director, paid $260 to $450 per 10 minutes. Recruit, Chief and FIB pay are from the city’s settings on 2 September 2026.
